!!!AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE!!!

It has been reported that the GAR Highway sign located on  Highway 6 Westbound, Hamlet of Slate Hill, Town of Wayayanda has been stolen. This has been a project that has been very important to the Department over the years. We finally succeeded in marking this highway along its course through NY. A lot of the credit goes to Jeffrey Albanese, Dept Sr Vice Commander. This loss is very disturbing for us all. The crime has been reported. We need to be vigilant in hopes of finding out information about its location. If anyone has any information please contact Jeffrey Albanese.

Jim Russell, PDC,Veteran's Home Visitation Officer, has informed us that the Veterans Home in Oxford is not having their open house. If you would like, you can arrange a guided tour when you visit.
