Department Order #8

Greetings:
It is with regrets that I have to report the passing Brother Don Holtz of Weber Camp No. 44 of Lackawanna. Don was the current Department of New York Junior ROTC Liaison Officer.
I hereby direct all Camps to drape their Charters for a period of 30 days to end on March 14, 2010. I also request this Order #7 to be read at all Camp gatherings and Camp correspondence.
