Greetings:

 After thinking over the matter for a few months Past Department Commander Dale Thegete has tendered his resignation of Signal Director to me.  Dale has done a great job in this very difficult undertaking. Dale has done a great job in producing our quarterly newsletter.  It will take a lot to fill Dales shoes, but I would expect someone in the Order to step up and make it happen.
