1. I am creating a new Special Committee called Regulation to completely over haul the SUVCW Regulations.  This committee will have a completion date of August 13 – 17, 2014, at the National Encampment in Marietta, Georgia.


2. The committee Chair will be PCinC James B, Pahl, and the committee will also consist of PCinC Donald Darby, PCinC Richard D. Orr, PDC Alan Russ, & PDC Robert J. Wolz.  The committee will have access to the Brothers in the Order if assistance is needed.
