Brothers,
- Upon the written request of Department Commander Hintze, and the suspension of the Charter more than two years ago I hereby revoke the Charter of Sanders Camp #1, Department of Tennessee.
- Sanders Camp has been inactive for many years. Their Membership has fallen to less than the required numbers as prescribed in the National Constitution and Regulations. They have not filed their annual reports or paid per-capita for more than two years.
- The Camp shall surrender their Charter, all material assets as well as all Camp records to the Department of Tennessee.
