1 – Brother Jim Houston has announced that he will retire from being Chairman, and on the National Encampment Committee, effective at the 2013 Milwaukee, WI Encampment. Brother Robert (Bob) Petrovic has volunteered to temporarily act as assistant chairman for the remainder of the term. The next elected Commander-in-Chief will have to make two regular appointments to the National Encampment Committee.
