It is with deep regret that I announce the passing of Brother Bill Upham Jr. of the Department of Wisconsin, son of William Upham, Sr. Brother Upham passed away onAugust 15 at the age of 93. Brother Upham was a Veteran of World War II. His father had been wounded and captured at First Bull Run and later became the governor of Wisconsin in 1894.

Condolences and cards may be sent to the Upham family at 2429 E. Bradford Street, Milwaukee, WI 53211-4802.

It is ordered that the National Web site, the Charters of all Departments and Camps and membership badges be draped in black for a period of 30 days from the date of this General Order.
