Items stored in the attic. |

According
to information provided by John ("JD") Rule, of Lubec, Maine,
"The Masons continue to use this large building - they purchased the GAR
share in 1919 with the provision that the Crescent Lodge retain the artifacts
of the GAR. Unfortunately, I have been told that a break-in resulted in the
loss of uniforms, weapons, musical instruments, and flags." Confirmed GAR records include a set of
framed photographs, which are stored in the attic, and well preserved
although in disarray. |
