| The BANNER is the official quarterly journal of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War. Each issue includes the Commander-in-Chief’s General Orders, National meeting summaries and news about patriotic, historical and educational activities at the National, Department (state) and local Camp levels. The restoration of significant historical sites, and many other member-sponsored events and programs are reported on.
